Title: International Sales Manager
Department: Parts Express (Wholesale Parts Division of Worthington Ag Parts)
Location: Corporate Office, Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Reports To: Director of Parts Express
Responsible for the development and maintenance of Parts Express aftermarket parts sales in markets outside of North America and all activities to support such sales. Staffs and directs a sales team and support team to promote goods offered by Parts Express. Work with director of Parts Express to establish plans and strategies to increase customer base in targeted market and orchestrate these plans with sales team and support team.
Conduct business in manor to achieve profitability that is acceptable by the company.
- Implement business plan to achieve goals established in plan.
- Create action plan for each sales representative and maintain regular communication to review the status of that plan.
- Based on feedback from the sales representative, identify potential new products that fit with our core product line.
- Provide timely feedback to management about performance and new opportunities.
- Insure that RFQ are handled promptly and that accurate records are maintained.
- Compile and analyze competitors pricing and report findings to management.
- Attend trade shows in market area as established in business plan.
- Seek out new markets while maintaining current customers with exceptional service and deliveries.
- Conduct yourself in a manner that promotes a “team” environment with other staff at Parts Express.
- 4 Year Degree
- 5-7 years of Sales management
- International Travel
- Strong Understanding of Market or Customer requirements
