  1. Shipping and Delivery:
    Most orders placed on our website before noon CST can be shipped that same day. Only actual shipping charges will be billed. If we cannot calculate the actual shipping charge at the time you place your order you will be contacted via email with the actual shipping charge as soon as it is verified. Worthington Ag Parts will never bill you for any charges without your approval.

    Unless a specific carrier is requested, delivery will be made by the best available carrier as determined by Worthington Ag Parts.
  2. Reviewing/Changing Orders:
    Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed via our website. If you need to change an online order please feel free to contact our web order department at 605.339.7006 or by sending an email to weborder@worthingtonagparts.com. If your order has not been processed we will be happy to make any changes that you require. Any changes that need to be made after the order has shipped will be subject to our normal return policy. Freight charges on parts ordered incorrectly are non-refundable.
  3. International Orders:
    Orders for – or shipping to – an international address may be placed on our website but will not be automatically processed as such. All international orders will be directed to our Export Division in Sioux Falls, SD. If you would like to place an international order please feel free to contact them directly at 605-339-7006 or via email at export@worthingtonagparts.com.
  4. Tracking Shipments:
    Once we have verification that your order has shipped, you will receive an email detailing the contents of the shipment, the carrier used, and the tracking number for the shipment. The status of all orders can be viewed by logging in to your account and viewing your order history.
  5. Returns and Refunds:
    All parts carry a 30 day "No Questions Asked" return policy. You may return any part within 30 days from the invoice date for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be given as a credit back against the credit card that was used at the time the order was placed. Returns after 30 days will be at the discretion of Worthington Ag Parts. In the unfortunate event that a part is defective, our normal warranty policy will prevail.
  6. Pricing:
    All pricing on our website is current and correct up to the time your order is placed. If we find that we are not able to supply the parts on your order we will contact you with any alternatives. No charges will be billed without your consent.
  7. Privacy and Security:
    Worthington Ag Parts is committed to protecting your privacy. For certain types of online orders we sometimes need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. We also must collect shipping, phone and email information in order to ensure the safe and proper delivery of merchandise. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Any data you supply Worthington Ag Parts is safeguarded and treated with the utmost privacy. You will never be placed on any type of mailing or other list without your consent. Subsequently, your information will never be sold to any third party. Rest assured, your personal information is safe with us!
