Our Tear Down Shop needs to be well organized and efficiently run to process the whole units we receive as quickly as possible.  Here is a great time-lapsed video showing an actual tear down.  This unit took approximately one full day to dismantle.  Simply click on the image to view the video.

Michigan Ag Expo
Greetings!

This week Worthington Ag Parts has been attending the Michigan Ag Expo show located in Lansing, MI.  It was out first time exhibiting at this particular show in almost fifteen years... and it was a GREAT SUCCESS!

You may not know this but in the old days we just stood there, handed out catalogs and took down your parts inquiries!  Times have sure changed!  Today we can check stock levels, process orders and your parts ship within 24 hours!  If you order them the first day of the show they may even beat you home if you are staying the next two days!

We had a great crew of guys who set up and managed the show in Lansing:  Randy Mittlestadt, Director Of Operations; Matt Rowland, Manager of our Leesburg, Indiana store; Carl Vande Weerd, Farm Show Manager; Jamey Beardon, Assistant Farm Show Manager based out of our St. Johns, MI stores; and Greg Clemens, VP/MIS.

Combine parts were very popular throughout the show as farmers get ready for harvest.  We sold used, after-market new and re-manufactured parts at the booth... and all orders included our show special of 10% OFF plus FREE SHIPPING - which we offer on parts orders processed at every show where we exhibit.

There was a lot of interest in our new Capello corn heads.  There are rumors from the farmers that if you want a certain OEM corn head you can't even order it in 2010!  We will be displaying a twelve row, 30 inch row spacing, chopping corn head at ever show this fall.  What an amazing piece of equipment.  It even folds for easy transporting directly on your combine!  When you visit our booth you can see it in action.  The display is complete with hydraulics and we can show you how easy it is to fold up one end of the corn head!  We are also currently displaying a Capello corn head at our following locations: Sikeston, Missouri, Iowa Falls, Iowa, Worthington, Minnesota and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Stop by and check one out today if you don't want to wait for a farm show!  You can also build a quote on line at www.capellousa.com.
